The room was exceptionally clean and well laid out, with a bathroom featuring a shower and a bathtub as anticipated. Rewritten: The room was very clean and nicely set up, with the bathroom having both a shower and a bathtub just as I had expected.

Its staff are pleasant and compassionate, I truly enjoyed it.

The lady in office was very nice

Place was dirty..carpets not vacumed.. hair in tub and on wall in showe and in sink and floor mold on wall in shower. Stained comforter very dirty

The rooms here have a great layout with new double beds and a nice bathroom; breakfast includes toast, cereals, and yogurt.

Nothing. Everything was horrible. Did not stay there. Checked out because of how unsanitary this place was.

Everything. Nothing was clean. Garbage on the floor. Blood stains on one of the beds and a bug on it. No pillow cases. No towels. No shower curtain. When I complained to the person in charge and said I wanted my money back he claimed that he wasn't authorized. When I asked for the managers number he claimed he didn't have it. Filed a corporate complaint to get my money back.

Everything was clean the person that checked me in was very helpful and nice.

My television was only worked on one channel the volume didn't work so the tv was loud and the top lock was broke.

Close to Granddaughter in Union City

Personal goods were vandalized in room while we were away for the day. Medications, personal literature with identification on it, personal goods were taken. Upon discovering the vandalism at 11:05pm, we reported the incident to the front desk. She was honestly apologetic for the incident and phoned the manager outside the property. She described the incident and the manager hung up on her, leaving her to fend for herself. The following morning at check out at approximately 9am, we asked for the status of their inquiry. No action had been taken at all. We were told the manager was due in at 3pm. We asked to speak to the owner. The same lady at front desk from the night before called the owner, told him about the incident and told him we wanted to speak to him. He would not speak with us and said he would call later. Since our return from California, no contact from the property has been forthcoming. This incident began with morning reporting of a broken security bolt. We have personal names of all hotel individuals. We have not yet reported this incident to Days Inn corporate but we intend to do so after giving the hotel ample time to report to us. The transgressions were (1) room theft but more importantly (2) the handling of the incident by hotel staff, right up to the owner. The front desk lady, whose name we also have, was left defenseless by her management. She was excellent ... but ineffectual unfortunately in stimulating any remedial action. A stay at this property is full of risk.

The bed and location was nice. 7-11 within walking distance. A few food locations also near by. Pretty close to the freeways.

Wish owner/ manager would communicate with third party retailer on policies. I arrived at the room and found white stains on the carpet, now outlet next to the sink looks like it was poorly installed with some wires exposed. Face plate for the outlet was not the right one. No towels in the bathroom and the shower curtain had stains on it on the inside. I had to call the front desk twice and request for towels. The towels that we received were old and also had stains on them (my girl friend and I had to go buy our own). The pillows were too soft almost flat and it didn't have any pillow case on them so I had to request for this also.

Breakfast options including toast, cereal, and yogurt are a great addition.
